I guess I'll start by say a few things about myself. My name is Shelby, and I am a Christian, a wife to Eddie, a pastry chef by degree, a creative, and I am not a writer (lol). I really love to fix stuff in my home and make it more unique. For instance, I am currently having a farm table built with an old heart pine door as the top. Its got paint and stuff chipping off of it and its going to look totally awesome. I have always wanted to open up a bakery...for pets. Yes, you see Woof Gang Bakery and Three Dog Bakery and that's exactly what my dream job is!! If I could go to work everyday and do that, something that I love, combined with seeing furry family members and their human companions ;) I would say I've done what I've been created for. Several years back I actually drew up an impromptu business plan for something like this, I never followed through with it. I guess I didn't have enough support.
Still something I would really love to do one day. Maybe I'll check into some franchise opportunities out there. I'm not sure thats the best route to take with royalty fees and such though.
I have a husband and two dogs. Pics below.
One Eddie :) He is my rock. The backbone of support in my crazy life. The person who keeps me sane, level headed, and tries to keep me calm when I get all crazy. He is an amazing leader and I don't honor him enough. I'm thankful for my spouse and it's a bonus that he is super handsome. :)
One Wimblie :) 7yrs One Piper :) 4.5yrs

A.K.A. Mutts (Goldendoodle and Drama Queen)
There is my small family. We currently do not have any children but would like to venture down that route one day, Lord willing. Right now, these two keep us pretty busy tripping us up and making our ears ring with their loud barks and howls. :) I hope they behave when little humans do become a part of this home.
I'm currently on a journey of becoming "fit". I'm not over weight or anything, but I want to become more toned and fit. So I've been living in the gym for about 2 hours a day 5 days a week and eating better by making better choices. (I don't like the word 'diet') Eating lots of chicken, fish, veggies, quinoa, brown rice, and drinking lots of water. Making substitutions for dairy....so almond milk. And staying away from bread as much as I can. We don't keep bread in our house at all. The struggle is when we go eat Indian (our favorite 'out to eat' meal) and they bring us that tasty Naan bread. If you have never eaten Indian food and tried the satisfactory taste of the Naan, you are totally missing out!! I'm not a nazi when it comes to my meal plan, so thats probably what keeps me from reaching all of my goals. I'll get there, but I don't want to stop living life to make it happen...if that makes sense. And I really love food!!! I didn't go to culinary school just because.
I currently use ISO-100 chocolate fudge flavor as my post workout protein and its amazing. A. It tastes so good, and its pretty clean. B. I'm never sore after my hard workout days for very long. I also use Idealfit pre workout in the watermelon flavor and its giving me that extra push to finish up my workouts. These are both great supplements!
Other than a few home improvements which I'm sure I'll be blogging about soon, thats about it. Until next time..or next post. :)
